Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Times

• Cyprus: 2–5 business days

• Greece: 5–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, local customs procedures, and courier delays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and package weight.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over €50 for Cyprus / €70 for Greece.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s progress.

Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping information is correct. ONDE is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
